PASTA RECIPE PREPARATION: 15 minutes cooking time not including pasta preparation, good for 2 persons
PASTA TYPE: Bi-Colored Garganelli pasta
PASTA SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
250 grams/ 0.55 lbs/ 8.8 oz of bi-colored Garganelli pasta
3 cloves of garlic
5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
dried chili flakes or chopped fresh chili
salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
HOW TO COOK:
1.Fry slightly the finely chopped garlic in extra-virgin olive oil in a large frying pan.
2.Add the bacon cubes and chili flakes or fresh chili. Stir and cook for a couple of minutes.
3.Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
4.Set aside. Boil pasta according to its package instruction for al dente.
5.Drain and pour it into pan with sauce. Add parsley.
6.Serve the pasta with grated parmesan cheese on top.
